Our Leadership Development Programs deliver customized, highly experiential and collaborative 1-2 day programs for executives and high-potential leaders that combine breakthrough thinking skills with practical tools.
Most programs take an “Action Learning” approach – focusing on current business challenges, giving participants the potential to apply knowledge in real-time to create real business impact while receiving instant feedback that helps embed new-found new skills and competencies.
The goals of the workshops focus on capability building with actionable strategies and plans to:
- Educate individuals and teams on specific topics in the area of strategic innovation best practices
- Apply these best practices to a particular business issue shared by a group, business unit or organization
- Stretch participants’ thinking by introducing innovative perspectives from leading companies or external Thought Leaders
